About Our Terms

Our terms and conditions are mentioned below. Please read it carefully. Once you understand and agree our terms and conditions, you continue with us.

These Terms will apply to any Order we accept from you via our website, mobile app, or any other platform.

These terms and conditions apply to all orders for products and services provided by bestatlaundry t/as Capital East Dry Cleaners company number 11975165 as of 10th November 2021

These Terms may change from time to time, and it is the current version which will apply to each Order when you place it. We will notify you of changes to the Terms by email.

Please note any Orders with a value of less than £20.00 will be charged £20.00 as a minimum.

  • To access the website through email or mobile for checking the details
  • bestatlaundry is a website and mobile application
  • User acts as main entity to place the order through apps.
  • Event Outside Our Control: any occurrence or circumstances over which we have no control and including (without limitation) the unavailability of any Service Provider, key personnel, or key materials without which We are unable to provide the Services

Rights on Intellectual Property

  • All the rights are reserved. We are the official owner and license of the intellectual property rights.
  • You can access our sites to take a copy of print out, extract the information, and download the details for individual reference.
  • Do not change the digital paper copy.


  • We are the dry cleaners and service provider.

Placing an Order

  • Please ensure that you check the details of your Order before submitting it as We will not be liable to you for any errors you make. If you think that you may have made a mistake, please contact Us. We will confirm any changes to your Order by email.
  • Submission of an Order does not create a contract between us. The contract arises when We send you an email confirming acceptance of your Order.
  • We will assign an order number to each Order and inform you of it when We accept the Order. Please quote the order number in all subsequent contact with Us.
  • If for any reason We are unable fulfil your Order, we will let you know by email or text message.

Changes to your Order

  • You may make a change to an Order at any time before the collection time set out in Our email acceptance of your Order by contacting our Customer Service.
  • With your consent and at our discretion, we may make a change to your Order as an alternative to cancelling it in the circumstances.

Cancelling or Rescheduling your Order

    You may cancel your Order in the following circumstances:

  • At any time before 4hours of collection time set out in Our email acceptance of your Order by contacting our customer service at [email protected]
  • Cancelling or rescheduling your order less than four hours before a collection may incur an additional charge of up to £10.
  • Failing to be present for collection may incur an additional charge of up to £10.
  • After We have collected your Item(s) if We are affected by an Event Outside Our Control by contacting our Customer Support
  • You acknowledge that once an Item has been collected from you, we have begun to provide the Services to you and that any rights of cancellation you may have under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, or any equivalent law or regulations will be lost.
  • bestatlaundry reserves the right to apply additional fees for the reschedule. This reschedule is subject to availability.

Our rights to cancel your Order

  • We may cancel your Order and the contract between you and Us in the following circumstances:
  • because of an Event Outside Our Control; or
  • if you fail to make Items available for collection
  • if we consider that any Item does not correspond with the Order, is damaged, has no information about its content or cleaning instructions, or does not fall within those Items which we accept.
  • If we cancel your Order, we will contact you by phone or email

Collection and redelivery

  • We will use reasonable endeavours to collect and deliver Items at the times specified in the Order, but we cannot guarantee to do so. We use our best endeavours to communicate any delay to you by phone or email and to deliver orders to our customers within their chosen timeslot but exclude any liability for all consequential losses which a customer may suffer because of late delivery or collection
  • If you are not available to accept redelivery, we will contact you by phone or email to arrange redelivery at convenience timeslot.
  • If delivery or collection is not possible due to customer being unavailable at the designated time, a charge of £10.00 will be charged for each consequent attempt of delivery.
  • You may arrange to have Items collected from, or re-delivered to, a third party, on condition that you do so at your own risk and the third party is prepared acknowledge on your behalf.
  • You may request Us to leave an Item in an agreed location without providing Us with an acknowledgement. If you do so, it is at Our discretion and entirely at your own risk and we shall not be liable to you for any damage or loss of Items.


  • It is customers responsibility to remove their cuff links, pens, and collar stiffeners from their cloth to ensure the null pockets
  • Customers are reminded Garments not collected will be disposed off after 3 Months
  • bestatlaundry reserve the right to dispose of garments without further notice.
  • Should damage loss occur as a result of our negligence payment will be made subject to wear and tear up to maximum of 10 times the cleaning cost excluding VAT. but not more than £50.00 per item, given a proof of purchase is provided, showing the date of purchase and the value of the item.
  • We will not be responsible for any single item valued at more than £50.00
  • We will not be responsible for any loss or damage (including, without limitation) any colour loss, shrinkage, or other damage, resulting from the following:
  • Failure to notify us of any special requirements or instructions for cleaning the Item.
  • The fact that the Item has no label indicating cleaning instructions.
  • Any existing damage to the Item at the time of collection
  • Any extraneous or hazardous thing left in or on the Item, e.g., pins, jewellery, coins, pens, buttons or embellishments, belts etc.
  • No responsibility can be accepted for damage to or loss of buttons, buckles, sequins, or ornaments of any kind.
  • Whilst every care will be taken, stain removal cannot be guaranteed
  • Items not carrying a care label will only be cleaned at owner’s own risk.
  • We cannot be responsible for fading of garments or the wear and tear and the fastness of colours
  • We will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity
  • Customers are asked to check all their orders on collection, as errors cannot be rectified later.
  • We do not exclude or limit in any way Our liability for:
  • death or personal injury caused by negligence.
  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
  • breach of the terms implied by the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982 (title and quiet possession);
  • defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987

Wash and Fold Orders

  • The load is washed at a 30-degree and dried at a medium heat. Please note that the items are not ironed. We will separate the clothes into lights and darks for you. Although we will take the utmost care in doing this, we will accept no responsibility if there is any bleeding or colour transfer during the cleaning process.
  • Minimum weight is 6kg. We will update this after we have weighed it at the facility. Any orders below 6kg will be charged at the Wash & Fold price
  • Please note that bedding and towels are not included in “Wash, Dry and Fold”, therefore these will be itemised, and your order will be amended accordingly.


  • Customer can feel free to complaint about the service.
  • We aim to respond within 48 hours
  • Complaints should be notified to Us within 24 hours of delivery. The items should be in unworn condition. Any complaints made outside of 24 hours will be considered on a caseby-case basis at our discretion. we may investigate as a gesture of goodwill, but We may not accept liability
  • Nothing in these Terms will affect these legal rights.

  • In the contact details, all the necessary information which are there to file your complaint.
  • Customers must mention their address and order number as per terms and conditions.


  • Customers have rights to check out duty and we transfer all the agreements for legal reasons.
  • We ensure to provide the agreement rights, but it is not prejudiced
  • All are under the consent and personally we provide the rights to transfer the duties through agreement.


  • We reserve the rights to modify our price list at any time.
  • The prices of the Services will be set out in our App or website at bestatlaundry.uk and will be the price at the time you place your Order
